| 2 | You will receive an ID code of bamboo2023-XXX within 5-10 work days after your abstract submission. ID code is used to submit your full paper and register for the conference. | — |
| 3 | Authors will be notified by email as to whether their abstracts have been accepted or rejected. | Before 24:00 September 10, 2023 in Tokyo time. |
| 4 | Submit your full paper file (in both .docx file and .pdf file) to conference email address: b.conference@lowcarbondesign.asia For Style of Full paper, please download the format from below. The Full paper registration form (.xlsx) must be submitted at the same time. The full paper document should be renamed with your ID code according to the following format. (“full paper_template.docx” & “bamboo2023-XXX_full paper.pdf” ) in Word templet | Deadline of the Full Paper Submission: 24:00 September 20, 2023 in Tokyo time |
